Instructor: Mr. Hempel Contact Time: 12:27-1:08 or 10:27-11:08 Phone Ext: 1512
Grading Policy
GRADING POLICY
The quarterfinal grade is calculated by the following method:
Homework assignments pertinent to the unit of study based on 10 points
Quizzes to pertaining to unit material based on 25 points
Unit test given at the end of the lessons covering the material based on 100 points
Lab practical assignments to reinforce the theory learned in the class based 20 to 30 points based on the importance of the material.
The final grade is calculated by the total of the above grades by the total of possible points as a percentage
Homework Policy
Homework Policy
All classwork must be finished at home, due to the fact, we do not have time in class to write out "Terms To Know" for every chapter. These terms are extremely important to the course.
Projects
A project for every chapter will be given in a written assignment.
IF CLASS WORK IS NOT HANDEDIN STUDENTS WILL LOSE 10 POINTS OFF NEXT TEST. ITS NO FAIR THAT SOME STUDENTS WORK REAL HARD ON CLASSWORK WHILE SOME DO NOT DO IT AT ALL. SO I HAVE ADOPTED THIS GRADING POLICY.
Test Policy
Unit test given at the end of the lessons covering the material based on 100 points.
Quiz Policy
Quiz Policy
Quizzes will be given on every "A" day. Be prepared. GRADING POLICY
The quarterfinal grade is calculated by the following method:

Projects
Informal practical lab projects will be produced by the students pertinent to the lecture material on a regular basis.
A formal lab report will be assigned every quarter that will be waited as a test grade(100 points).
